Yoga Personal Tuition in Bendigo and Castlemaine
 
You have completed some classes in yoga and you would like to learn more, do more and feel more? You would like to tailor yoga to yourself, your health needs or a particular health problem you have? Then your next step is joining personal tuition.
This is a way to learn each sequence, learn to adapt it to yourself and then add and change other sequences as variations for your future practice, eventually taking your yoga into a higher level, both physically and emotionally.
Personal tuition classes will also help those who need specialist adjusting e.g. scoliosis, back injury, neck injury, knee strengthening, hip opening, lung and heart problems and address any special medical conditions such as pregnancy, stress, circulation and any other physical disability to mention a few.
This method is individual, it is how all yogis were taught before yoga became much more popularized.
The emphasis in these sessions is on commitment and self discipline. It is very personal - a programme is written up for your particular set of circumstances and you take it home to practice. Beginners to advanced are welcome.
